Returns and Refund

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • The return request must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or show signs of wear.

  • Personal care items that come into contact with the skin unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • Clear photo/video evidence if the product is damaged or defective

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A full or partial refund (based on the item condition) will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated period:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again

  • Contact your payment provider (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, contact us first at contact@healonstore.com.
